Born into a vibrant Cuban family, Janessa's upbringing instilled in her a strong sense of ambition and a drive to pursue her dreams. Though she initially pursued studies in Hospitality and Tourism, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to forge her own path.
Janessa's career took flight with roles at prestigious brands like IHG Hotels, Walt Disney World, and Carnival Cruise Lines, where she honed her skills in management, sales, and event production. However, it wasn't long before she felt the pull to chart her own course. Venturing into freelancing, Janessa established her own Creative Consultant agency, offering clients her expertise and vision.
With a profound love for music fueling her journey, Janessa expanded her horizons into Artist Management and Development. Her dedication and talent quickly propelled her into the role of a Video Producer, where she’s brought to life music videos for acclaimed artists such as Doja Cat, French Montana, and Jay Wheeler, among others.

This immersion in the entertainment industry not only placed her behind the scenes of numerous artist projects but also opened doors for her to step into the role of a Creative Director.
Her entrepreneurial spirit continued to flourish with the co-founding of Great Energy Only, a Creative Platform fostering partnerships and collaborations with artists and record labels worldwide. Her aspirations extended beyond her own success; she co-founded That's Chuchi, a female-owned and led Artist Development and Management Company dedicated to inspiring, empowering, and connecting women while advocating for gender equality in the entertainment and music industries.
Through consulting and her full-service Creative Agency, ENRG Creative, Janessa collaborates with forward-thinking brands and hospitality groups, spearheading content, branding, and marketing initiatives- amplifying her impact within diverse industries.
With her eye on the horizon, Janessa endeavors to push boundaries, spark change, and leave an indelible mark on the creative landscape. Her journey serves as a testament to the power of passion, determination, and the unwavering belief in the ability to make a difference.
